Eric Pluskowski

Eric Pluskowski is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at The Fresh Factory since December 2023, Eric has previously held key finance roles at Greenleaf Foods from February 2020 to December 2023, including Finance lead for Supply Chain and Cost Accounting, and Finance Manager for Supply Chain. Prior to that, Eric was Cost Accounting Manager at Halo Top Creamery and John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc., as well as holding various accounting positions at Kerry from July 2013 to March 2018. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University, obtained in January 2007.
