Simon Johnson

The FBA is an independent membership association, founded in 1929 and registered charity since 1966. We are dedicated to promoting the understanding and sustainable management of freshwater ecosystems and resources underpinned by robust information and sound scientific and technical knowledge. Located on the shore of Windermere in Cumbria and the River Frome at East Stoke in Dorset, the FBA is managed by Executive Director, Simon Johnson.
