Pavlo Tyshchenko

Pavlo Tyshchenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Frontend Company since April 2017, Pavlo focuses on setting business strategy, forming management teams, and driving growth through enhanced customer centricity. Prior to this role, Pavlo was a Senior Project Manager, maintaining organizational agility and aligning business plans with long-term goals. As the Founder and Director of Sticker Gang, Pavlo oversaw all aspects of production and marketing. Additionally, Pavlo worked as a Thermal Engineer at Prima Term LLC, specializing in heat technology equipment. Educationally, Pavlo holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Power Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
