Pauline Baker serves as President Emeritus at The Fund for Peace since February 1996, overseeing executive, financial, and administrative aspects of projects focused on promoting sustainable security globally. Previously, Pauline served as President, leading an innovative organization in international affairs and corporate social enterprise. Between October 2016 and October 2021, Pauline held the role of President Emeritus at Creative Associates International, engaging in research and writing related to state fragility, resilience, and transformational governance. Pauline holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a concentration in African Studies from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Additionally, Pauline was recognized as Valedictorian at Newark Preparatory Academy.
