Kathleen Knight

Kathleen Knight is a Capacity Building Manager at The Fund for Santa Barbara, where responsibilities include facilitating social justice workshops, designing evaluation frameworks, managing the Central Coast Regional Equity Initiative, overseeing grants, and providing technical assistance to grassroots organizations. Prior experience includes working as a Development Associate and Bilingual Educator at Students for Eco-Education and Agriculture, focusing on bilingual curriculum and food access initiatives, and serving as a Strategic Development Coordinator for the Sustainability Demonstration Center, engaging in social justice movements and developing revenue streams. Kathleen has also held research positions at UCLA, contributing to sustainable production projects and biogeochemistry studies. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UCLA.
