Conor Harbeck

Conor Harbeck is an experienced professional in venture capital and operations, currently serving as an Associate at Everywhere Ventures since April 2022, while also holding the position of Venture Associate at The Fund India. In this role, Conor manages deal pipelines and sourcing, leads the investment memo writing process, and conducts due diligence. Prior to this, Conor was a Chief of Staff Fellow at On Deck from January 2022 to January 2023, participating in a prestigious fellowship program that provided extensive resources and a peer network. As Chief of Staff at Dorm Room Fund from July 2020 to September 2022, Conor supported the General Partner in fundraising and fund administration while managing deal flow and portfolio analysis. Earlier roles included positions at First Round Capital, Murex Dive Resorts, Tuanan Orangutan Research Center, and the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute's Center for Conservation Genomics, where Conor gained diverse experience in research and operations. Conor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin & Marshall College in 2017.
