Jorge Bichara

Jorge Bichara has a diverse work experience beginning in 2009 as a Student Research Assistant at Florida State University. In 2010, they were a Research Project Coordinator at The Cougle Lab at Florida State University, where they assessed the effects of nicotine and placebo on fear acquisition and extinction in humans, and validated a novel computerized task measuring courageous behavior. In 2012, they began working at BioIVT as an Operations and Site Manager, where they developed and maintained a network of over 30 collection sites and optimized project operations to service high-value orders with stringent time requirements and specifications. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Fury Group, LLC as a Project Manager / Business Analyst.

Jorge Bichara received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University between 2007 and 2011. Jorge has obtained several certifications since then, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (December 2022), Cloud Coach Implementation Partner (May 2022), Cloud Coach Power User (April 2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (March 2022), Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (August 2021), SQL Course (March 2020), Inbound Certification (July 2021), and 100+ Salesforce Trailhead Badges. Additionally, they have obtained four Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges: App Customization Specialist, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Process Automation Specialist, and Security Specialist.
