Lauren Jo Richardson has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Lauren Jo began their career as a Writer, Marketing and Creative Consultant at Coleman Creative. In 2000, they became Owner of Fins to the Left. In 2007, they took on the role of Business Banking Specialist at BBVA Compass. In 2001, they became Marketing Manager at Castle Dental. In 2010, they became VP, Business Development at Logo My Promo and Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer at The Fury Group. In 2013, they became Owner of State-Wyed Plumbing, LLC. In 2015, they became Owner of Rockin' R Construction. In 2020, they became Director of Marketing and Social Media, Festival Coordinator and EA to the President at Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards.

Lauren Jo Richardson attended Del Mar College from 1983 to 1986, studying Advertising and Business Administration.
