Bobby van den Berg

Bobby van den Berg has a diverse work experience, primarily in the roles of Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Software Engineer. Their most recent position is with NS, where they serve as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, optimizing processes and integrating the Integrale Maakproces. Prior to this, they worked at The Future Group in a similar role.

Before that, Bobby worked at Nétive VMS, where they focused on optimizing Agile processes and Scrum Teams. Bobby also worked at Body & Fit as a Process Engineer and Scrum Master, optimizing Agile processes.

Additionally, Bobby has experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Stichting De Kindertelefoon, overseeing the redevelopment of their website. Bobby has worked as a Quality Engineer at Waternet, and as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Kamer van Koophandel, Ordina, Rabobank, and SIMgroep. At these companies, they were responsible for various software development tasks, including testing, automation, and coaching teams in the Scrum process.

Bobby van den Berg attended The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Multimedia Design. In addition to their degree, Bobby has also completed several certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they became a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Bobby obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I certification from Scrum.org in 2013 and later achieved the Professional Scrum Master™ II certification from the same institution in 2019. Bobby completed a Value Driven Portfolio Management certification from Scrum Academy in 2022 and obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching certification from ICAgile in 2023. Furthermore, they received certification in Belbin team role analysis for personal development and/or career coaching, including a report and online coaching, from Motivatio in 2021.
