Eric Fickel

Eric Fickel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Eric has worked as a Project Manager at Fickel Consultancy from 2007 to 2013, managing project management and interim management assignments. From 2014 to 2022, they have worked in various roles and companies, including Senior Project Manager at Fujitsu Nederland, Business Intelligence Program Manager at ArboNed BV, Business Intelligence Project Manager at HumanCapitalCare, Delivery Manager Data Gedreven Werken at Gemeente Rotterdam, Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at NN, Business Intelligence Project Manager at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Project Manager BI at Viterra, and currently as an Implementatieconsultant at Gemeente Rotterdam. In these roles, they have been responsible for strategic BI consulting, managing BI projects, implementing BI architecture, and developing BI capabilities. Eric has also worked on projects involving data governance, data integration, and cloud migration. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong expertise in business intelligence and project management throughout their career.

Eric Fickel's education history begins in 1979 when they enrolled in De Haagse Hogeschool/The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Eric pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and completed their studies in 1985.

After a gap of three years, Eric Fickel continued their education in 1988 by enrolling in the Open Universiteit. Eric pursued a Master of Science degree in Business and completed their studies in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Eric Fickel has obtained two additional certifications. In December 2020, they became a Certified SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager through Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in December 2022, they obtained a certification in Prosci Integrating Agile and Change Management, which was delivered by The People Side of Change and is affiliated with Prosci.
