Martine Leijs is an Adviser of Mobility at Gemeente Rotterdam since May 2023, focusing on mobility in construction plans and area developments in the city center and Merwevierhavens. Concurrently, Martine serves as a Medior Project Leader in Mobility and Area Development at The Future Mobility Network. Prior experience includes working as a Project Assistant for Spatial Development at Gemeente Oosterhout from August 2020 to May 2023, where support was provided to project managers on spatial projects. Martine has also held various roles, including an internship focused on energy and sustainability in housing developments at Antea Group Nederland, research on car-sharing models at KuiperCompagnons, and urban redevelopment studies at Gemeente Bergen op Zoom. Martine's foundational experience in customer service includes positions at C-Cinema Kiek in de Pot, HEMA, McDonald's, and Scapino. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Built Environment from Breda University of Applied Sciences.

It is consists of a team and network of scientists,technicians, consultants, project leaders, and urban planners.Founders Alwin Bakker and Joop Veenis founded the company in 2016 in Delft, Zuid-Holland.
