Paul Tencher

Paul Tencher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, public affairs, and investment strategies. As the founder of Trustom Strategy since July 2019, Tencher has also served as Fund Manager for the Colorado River Basin Fund, which focuses on innovative water technologies. Additionally, Tencher is a member of IrishAngels and an adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Ed Markey, where responsibilities included legislative strategies on foreign relations and climate policy, and senior positions in political campaign management and public affairs, such as serving as Campaign Manager for both Peters for Michigan and Joe for Indiana. Tencher holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and Strategy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Seton Hall University.
