Bethany Young

Bethany Young is an experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis, currently serving as Clinical Manager, BCBA at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since July 2021 and as Behavioral Practice Leader, BCBA at Futures HealthCore and Futures Education since October 2019. In these roles, Bethany provides consultation to public and charter schools on special education delivery and implements evidence-based classroom management strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Special Needs and Associate Director of Special Needs at the Springfield Jewish Community Center from 2013 to October 2019, where Bethany developed and oversaw programs for individuals with disabilities. Bethany holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Springfield College.
