Ted Chen

Ted Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as a Partner & Chief Strategy Officer at The Futurist Group, where they have been employed since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director, Financial Services and Customer Experience at Maru/Matchbox from November 2017 to January 2022. From October 2016 to November 2017, they held the role of President, North America at Maru/edr. Before that, Ted was a Senior Vice President at ORC International from January 2014 to October 2016. Ted served as the Managing Director, Satisfaction and Loyalty at Vision Critical from November 2007 to December 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Ipsos Loyalty from September 2001 to November 2007. Ted began their career as an Associate at Booz & Company from 1999 to 2001, and earlier, as a Consultant at JDA Software from 1995 to 1998.

Ted Chen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Pre-Med from Northwestern University, from the years 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued further education at Yale School of Management, where they earned their MBA in Strategy and Finance, during the period from 1998 to 2000.
