Tom Fiorenzi

Tom Fiorenzi has extensive work experience in the brewing and distillery industry. Tom started their career in 1990 at Anheuser-Busch, where they worked in various roles including Process Engineer and Assistant Brewmaster. In 2012, they joined The Gambrinus Company as the Director of Brewery Operations, and later became the Director of Brewery and Distillery Operations. Tom also served as a Past Board Member at the Texas Brewers Guild from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they were an Advisory Board Member at Aspen Beverage Group from 2014 to 2017.

Tom Fiorenzi attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, they studied at Eastern Illinois University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. In 1985, they also completed the Graduate Platoon Leaders Class (Senior) at the USMC Officer Candidate School.
