Floris Wils is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in skills development, sales management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Global Head of the Excellence Academy at The Gap Partnership since May 2015, Floris leads a team of subject matter experts focused on competency-based training, positively impacting consultants globally. Previous roles include Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at The Gap Partnership, where Floris designed and delivered negotiation training programs and provided strategic advisory services to senior leaders. Prior experience includes positions at Pandora Jewelry as Sales Manager, The Swatchgroup as Key Account Manager, and Unilever as Consultant for retail concepts, each focusing on sales growth and operational enhancement. Floris holds a Diploma of Education in Accounting and Business/Management from De Rooi Pannen and has pursued studies in Psychology at Open Universiteit.
