Michael Kamins

Michael Kamins is an experienced professional in behavioral development solutions and consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner EVP for North America and Managing Partner for the UK MEAN at The Gap Partnership since September 2012. Over the course of a distinguished career, Michael has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President for CPG - Americas, VP Head of Consulting - Americas, Head of LatAm, and Principal. Prior to joining The Gap Partnership, Michael gained consulting experience across different sectors from January 2000 to May 2012. Michael holds a Master's degree in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University.
