Megan Milar is the CEO at The Garage, a company that helps entrepreneurs turn their ideas into businesses. Megan has over 20 years of experience in business, marketing, and production.

Megan started their career as a products researcher at Procter & Gamble. Megan then became a partner at Marketing Logic LLC, where they consulted on video production projects, current business needs, process improvements, and overall brand/operation strategy.

In 2003, Megan became the owner of GNC Franchise Operated by The Milar Group Ltd., where they oversaw the daily accounting and set business objectives. In 2012, they founded Arova, a social enterprise which brands women's accessories acquired through artisan channels around the globe. Each piece was handcrafted in "cottage industry" and sold via an e-commerce site, direct sales, and home party sales. The focus was on eco-friendly products made through women empowerment programs.

In 2015, Megan joined Drive Media House as a producer and business strategist. Megan consulted on video production projects, current business needs, process improvements, and overall brand/operation strategy. Megan left Drive Media House in 2016 to join The Garage as CEO.

Megan Milar has an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General, from Marshall University. Megan also has certification from LinkedIn in Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change.
