Norma Ramirez, CRME, has over 20 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at The Garland since May 2015, Ramirez previously held the role of Revenue Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from July 2010 to May 2015, and at The Westin Los Angeles Airport from November 2008 to July 2010. Prior to these positions, Ramirez also worked as a Revenue Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from December 2002 to July 2010, demonstrating a strong track record of expertise in optimizing revenue strategies across various properties.
