Andrea Bucci, PHR, SHRM-CP

Andrea Bucci, PHR, SHRM-CP, began their work experience in 2009 as a Client Service Supervisor at Spherion. After realizing the car rental industry was not their passion, they decided to explore the staffing industry at their brother-in-law's suggestion. Andrea stayed in this role until 2011, gaining valuable experience in customer service.

In 2011, Andrea transitioned to Schneider Downs - Creative Financial Staffing, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter. Andrea tried their hand at executive search before moving on in 2012.

In 2012, they joined The Gateway Engineers as a Recruiting Manager, where they are currently employed.

Andrea Bucci, PHR, SHRM-CP attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in the fields of Marketing and Political Science. In 2014, they obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and in 2015, they received their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
