Deron Higgins serves as the Lead Pastor at The Gathering Church and has extensive experience in educational roles, including Cohort Leader at Azusa Pacific University since 2002, Adjunct Professor at San Diego Christian College since 1998, and Volleyball Coach at Christian High School since 1998. Deron Higgins holds a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership from Bethel Seminary San Diego.
