GOB Greeters Team

Greeters for the Gathering of the Butterflies will serve on Friday, Nov. 8th at 6pm and Saturday, Nov. 9th at 8am. Their responsibilities include welcoming guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, directing attendees from the hotel lobby to the ballroom area, and assisting guests entering through the side (ballroom) entrance. Some greeters will also be positioned inside the ballroom to help with general admission seating. Throughout the event, greeters are expected to maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
