GOB Production Team

The Gathering of the Butterflies Productions team is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the entire event and maintaining clear communication. The overall directive comes from the conference host (Lady Sue) to the program director (LaVon), who distributes assignments. The Production Director (Stefon) oversees all aspects of production, including music, LED screens, musicians, sound, lights, and speaker timing. Two program managers assist LaVon with the run of show: Stephen communicates when to bring the speakers in and ensures their timely arrival, while Mattie coordinates with the hotel regarding lunch, the setup and breakdown of the stilt walker, and ensures staff rotation and breaks.
