The Gathering of the Butterflies Registration Team will handle check-in for VIP attendees on Friday, Nov. 8th at 5pm and for all other attendees on Saturday, Nov. 9th at 8am. During Friday’s VIP check-in, the process will be digital—simply type in the attendee’s name and hit check-in. Once they are digitally checked in, hand them their VIP bag, which is separated by size according to their sweatsuit. For Saturday’s general admission, the process is the same, but all bags will be the same, so once an attendee is checked in, hand them a general admission bag. The team will consist of those managing check-ins on devices and those assisting with distributing bags. Communication is key to ensuring a smooth process, and remember to smile while assisting guests to create a welcoming experience.
