Adriana Patterson-Hayes is a skilled professional with a diverse background in music education, development, communications, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Development and Communications Manager at The Gathering Place since October 2022, Adriana has also worked as a Music Teacher at Children's Music Academy and as a Self-employed Violin Teacher for over a decade. Previous experience includes administrative positions at Calcagno Pediatrics and leadership roles at Dutch Bros Coffee and FAT CUPCAKE LLC, where Adriana specialized in social media and team management. Adriana holds a Violin Performance degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Whitworth University.

The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place (TGP) offers services to combat poverty and address the impacts of marginalization and oppression that are often contributing factors to poverty or homelessness. By offering low-barrier access to a broad range of basic necessities and wrap-around care options, TGP guides women, transgender folx and children living in poverty from a place of crisis and instability to one of stability and security. MISSION We are a community of safety and hope where positive relationships, choice, and essential resources transform lives. GUIDING PRINCIPLES We serve women, children, and transgender individuals who are experiencing poverty or homelessness. We believe in hope as an important change agent and hold that hope for everyone. We believe deeply in the power of community and continue working to develop it.
