Sergey Silantyev

Sergey Silantyev has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and transaction services, currently serving as a Senior M&A Manager at MERKUR GROUP since October 2021, overseeing all aspects of the M&A process for a large organization with sales exceeding €3.0 billion. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte focusing on due diligence and M&A advisory, and Manager at Warth & Klein Grant Thornton specializing in valuation and restructuring. Sergey held various key positions at Aureole Capital and KPMG, where responsibilities ranged from financial control to managing significant M&A projects and restructuring initiatives.
