Matt Wilden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and mentorship. As the Founder and Managing Director of Rencai Group since August 2013, Matt focuses on supporting business founders in overcoming scale-up challenges and achieving growth ambitions. In addition, Matt serves as a GC Accredited Leadership Coach at The GC Index and works as an Employee Engagement Consulting Partner with Engagement Multiplier, facilitating positive culture change for organizations. A voluntary Business Mentor at the GC Business Growth Hub, Matt has dedicated five years to guiding founders and senior leaders in Greater Manchester toward innovation and growth. Previous roles include Director and Founder of Jiva-Project, SAP Practice Manager at Evolution Recruitment Solutions Ltd, and Senior Appointments Manager at SThree plc. Matt holds advanced qualifications in Strategy, Leadership, and Management, alongside a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design from The University of Manchester.
