Caitlin Jones

Caitlin Jones is a seasoned UX Design Systems Analyst at GED Testing Service, with a strong track record in enhancing user experience and driving revenue growth. Since February 2015, Caitlin has led initiatives such as the GED Ready Direct enhancement, which is projected to generate significant annual savings and revenue. Previous roles at GED Testing Service include Business Analyst, where Caitlin successfully implemented GED Ready Direct and optimized the GEDWorks website to acquire new clients, and Associate Business Systems Analyst, overseeing international expansion efforts. Earlier experience at Wilsons Leather and White House Black Market involved customer service and sales roles.
