Jim joined Libra Industries in October 2020 as President, moving into the CEO role in January 2021. Jim’s background includes nearly 20 years of executive roles in the Tier 1 EMS space, specializing in Operations, M&A, Business Development, Corporate Development and P&L Management for both Jabil and Flex. Prior to EMS, Jim’s background was in Aviation. He started his career as an engineer for McDonnell Douglas and eventually moved into Business Development roles at Boeing. Prior to joining Libra, Jim was the Chief Commercial Officer at the motion technology firm Faulhaber. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a degree in Avionics Engineering from Embry Riddle University. Jim’s passion is in collaborative team building.
