Amanda Vardon

Amanda Vardon has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career at Plato's Closet in 2011 as a Shift Manager, where they supervised a team of 6-8 employees and was responsible for purchasing merchandise and assisting customers. In 2012, they became a Sales Manager at RAC Acceptance, where they managed office operations and sales, supervised two employees, and maintained sales quotas. From 2014 to 2016, Amanda worked as a Lead Coordinator at McCarthy Services, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and supervising a team of comfort advisers. In 2016, they joined GBX Consultants, Inc. as a Program Assistant, supporting regional managers, conducting recruiting activities, and facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires. Currently, Amanda works at The Gemini 3 Group, Inc. as the Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for managing operational requirements, implementing operational policies and guidelines, and maintaining office efficiency.

Amanda Vardon attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Following that, they enrolled at Liberty University from 2015 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management.
