Scott Allen has extensive experience in logistics and program management, with a career spanning over three decades in both civilian and military roles. Currently serving as a Program Analyst at Patricio Enterprises since July 2015, Scott provides logistics support to the Marine Civil Information Management System (MARCIMS) Project Office. Prior roles include Logistics Analyst at Engility Corporation and L-3 Communications, where responsibilities included developing training materials and coordinating New Equipment Training for the Marine Corps.
