Ben Cmejla

Ben Cmejla is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner and VP at The General Partnership since 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at First Round Capital from 2014 to 2021, including VP of Investments, Special Projects, and Chief of Staff. Earlier in Ben's career, valuable experience was gained as an Analyst and Chief of Staff to the President at Asia Pacific Land and through a role in Economics and Trade Research at the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. Additionally, Ben worked as a Chinese Language Teaching Assistant at Middlebury College. An alumnus of Middlebury College with a BA in East Asian Studies, Ben also studied at Yunnan University and graduated from Deerfield Academy.
