Whitley Lucio, CCRC, is an accomplished professional specializing in regulatory affairs and data management within the realm of human subjects research. Currently serving as the Senior Regulatory Affairs & Data Manager at The Geneva Foundation since August 2017, Whitley leads efforts for a significant Department of Defense-funded musculoskeletal injury research portfolio and oversees 55+ multisite studies across various institutions. Previous roles include Regulatory Affairs Manager and Compliance Coordinator for the Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation Research for Operational Readiness program, as well as positions at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation and The George Washington University, where Whitley gained extensive experience in clinical research coordination and regulatory document submission. Whitley holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University.
