Elizabeth Metzger

Elizabeth Metzger serves as a Scientific Program Manager at The Geneva Foundation, overseeing an $11M portfolio focused on sleep physiology and interventions for warfighters, while also managing a $20M program utilizing photomedicine to enhance military readiness.
