Gregory Schmidt, PMP, is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with extensive experience in program and project management within both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Goldbelt Apex LLC, Gregory supports the Hearing Center of Excellence in developing strategic translation plans and Balanced Scorecard initiatives. Previous roles include leading projects for the Defense Hearing Center of Excellence and managing a $1M DoD program focused on hearing data capture across military audiology clinics.
