Prof (Amb) Beckie Tagbo, MBBS, FWACP(Paed), FCAI, PhD, is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in public health and vaccinology. Currently serving as an Ambassador at The Geneva Learning Foundation and a member of various prestigious committees, including the WHO Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety, Tagbo exhibits a strong commitment to advancing immunization efforts. As Director of the Institute of Molecular Medicine & Infectious Diseases at the University of Nigeria, Tagbo is actively involved in public health initiatives, contributing to the Immunization Agenda 2030 and receiving recognition as the Physician of the Year in the Public Sector in 2022. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Public Health from the University of Washington and a Fellowship from the West African College of Physicians in Paediatrics.
