Currently serving as the Executive Vice President - Contract Compliance at The GEO Group, Inc., Dan leads the compliance program and team, ensuring adherence to government and company policies. Prior to this, Dan held high-ranking positions at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including Deputy Director and Associate Executive Director, where Dan played a pivotal role in the management and administration of the agency. With a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, Dan Ragsdale's background in law and management has equipped him with a wealth of expertise in business operations and compliance.
