Spencer E. Winepol

Spencer E. Winepol is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Counsel and Vice President of General Liability at The GEO Group, Inc. since February 2020, Spencer has held several key positions within the legal department, including Senior Director and Director of Associate Corporate Counsel. Prior to this role, Spencer was a Partner at De Varona Law from August 2015 to February 2020, representing clients in various litigation matters and providing outside general counsel services to regulated industries. Spencer's early career included positions as a Research Assistant, Summer Associate Law Clerk, and Legal Intern, with a background in environmental management consulting. Spencer holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Florida.
