Ulises Torres MD, MEHP serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. With previous experience as the Chief Quality Officer at The George Washington University Hospital, Torres also held positions such as Associate Program Director of General Surgery Residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Director of Education in the Trauma Division at UMass Memorial Medical Center.
