John Shafer

John Shafer has an extensive background in both education management and retail sales, currently serving as the Education Program Manager for the Medical Faculty Associates since October 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing the accreditation process for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Residency Program. In addition, John has held the position of Director of Music at Oakton Church of the Brethren since January 1992, managing and directing the music program. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager at Hecht's Department Stores, managing a significant Cosmetic Department, and Account Executive for Boucheron USA, where John managed four fragrance brands across multiple department stores. John Shafer holds a Bachelor of Music degree from The College of Wooster, earned from 1978 to 1982.
