James Pennington

James Pennington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising and showroom coordination. Currently serving as a Showroom Coordinator for The Gerson Companies since November 2018, James leads the design and implementation of cohesive visual experiences across multiple showrooms. Prior to this, James held a Visual Merchandiser role at Webster House, where responsibilities included designing retail displays and managing holiday merchandising. James has also worked as a Visual Merchandiser Manager at Halls, where store window designs and promotional events were a focus, and served in various roles in retail and art management, including positions at HAIRUWEAR Great Lengths and Restoration Hardware. James holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Art Marketing Academy.
