Samantha Rainwater is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content creation, sales, and real estate. Currently serving as a Content and Sales Writer at The Get Smart Group since January 2023, Samantha also operates as a Real Estate Business Owner at FM Realty, LLC, and works as a Freelance Writer for JR Pierce, both roles beginning in March 2020. Prior to these positions, Samantha owned Rainwaters Furnishing Outlet from November 2017 to December 2022. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
