Clara Ugbor

Clara Ugbor is an EQ Certified Life Coach with extensive experience in promotions, business development, and human capital management. Currently serving as Director of Promotions and Business Development and Director of Business & Human Capital Development at Ark Technologies Group since June 2011, Clara has also worked as Manager of People Development and Applied Knowledge at The GIG Group since October 2020. Previous roles include Deputy Director at the Centre for Enterprise Management & Research/UISB, where leadership and governance of postgraduate programs were effectively administered, as well as Head of Training and Development at Doheney Services Ltd. Clara's educational background includes a Master's in Work Psychology from the University of East London and EI certifications from Pause Factory, complemented by a BSc in Social Work from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
