Jeff Blanchard

Jeff Blanchard has a strong background in operations and management. Jeff currently works as the Director of Operations at The Gilman Brothers Company, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at the same company starting from September 2018. Jeff also worked as the Quality & Safety Manager at The Gilman Brothers Company from February 2017 to February 2022. Before joining The Gilman Brothers Company, Blanchard worked at Atlantic Packaging LLC as a Plant Manager from November 2011 to October 2016. Jeff was responsible for overseeing daily operations, safety, and managing a team of 21 employees. Jeff also handled the hiring and assessment of hourly employees and set up production schedules. Additionally, Blanchard worked at Carustar Custom Packaging Group as a Plant Manager from 2005 to 2011. In this role, they oversaw daily operations, safety, and managed a team of 90 hourly and 15 salary employees. Jeff was involved in hiring, training, and supervising department managers to meet plant goals and company initiatives.

Jeff Blanchard completed a Six Sigma Blackbelt program at Aveta Business Institute from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Six Sigma Methodology. Prior to that, they attended Mohegan Community College from 1990 to 1992, focusing on Criminal Justice. Between 1988 and 1990, Jeff studied Sociology at Eastern Connecticut State University.
