Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith, PE, currently serves as an Inside Sales professional at The Glacier Group, LLC, beginning in January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Business Lead at E3M Solutions LLC from March 2020 to December 2022, Equipment Estimator at Trane from April 2013 to March 2020, and Mechanical Project Engineer at GMB architecture + engineering from June 2006 to March 2013, where Ashley designed HVAC and hydronic piping systems for various sectors, coordinated with design teams, and managed project risks. Earlier internships at Amway as a Packaging Engineer Intern focused on developing testing procedures for cosmetic packaging in Japan, while Lacks Enterprises provided foundational experience in packaging engineering. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Concentration in Mechanical from Calvin University, completed in 2006.
