Stephanie Boyd

Stephanie Boyd's work experience includes various roles in merchandise planning and merchandising. Stephanie is currently the Director of Merchandise Planning at The GLD Shop, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Talbots as a Senior Planner for the Knit Tops and Sweaters departments from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for setting financial and inventory targets and conducting sales and promotional analysis.

Before Talbots, Stephanie worked at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in multiple roles. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Planner, setting seasonal financial targets and collaborating with Merchandising and Inventory Management teams. Prior to that, they were the Senior Merchant for Hollister Male and Female International Merchandising from 2015 to 2017, leading an international team and creating seasonal sales analysis. Stephanie also held roles as a Merchant and Associate Merchant for various departments in the company.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Mortgage Licensing Intern at the Massachusetts Division of Banks in 2010 and as an Events Intern at the Illinois Bar Foundation in 2008. Stephanie started their career as a Sales Representative at Nordstrom from 2005 to 2008.

Stephanie is currently pursuing a Specialized Masters of Business - Analytics degree in Business Administration and Management at The Ohio State University, where their studies began in 2021 and are expected to conclude in 2022.
