Julia Daley

Julia Daley is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in quality operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Gleason Automation Systems since September 2019, Julia previously managed quality operations and operational excellence at The Gleason Works, where responsibilities included overseeing Lean Implementation and training for standardized processes. Prior experience at Eastman Kodak from 1991 to March 2007 involved roles as Continuous Improvement Coordinator and KOS Leader, focusing on Lean initiatives that achieved significant annual savings. Julia holds educational qualifications from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, Gates-Chili High School, and Monroe Community College.
