Peter O'Connell is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in algorithm development and optical imaging systems. Currently working at Gleason Corporation since February 2023, Peter has a long tenure at OptiPro Systems, where responsibilities include programming mathematical models for CNC machine control and code testing for optics manufacturing. Prior to this, Peter served as a research assistant in biomedical engineering at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where significant contributions included the development of innovative imaging techniques and data analysis tools. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from SUNY Geneseo, completed in 2012.
