Jim Roger

Jim Roger is the Head of Security at Gleneagles since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Police Scotland from February 2014 to December 2023, where Jim held various positions such as Chief Inspector for Royalty & VIP Planning, Inspector for Armed Policing Operations, Sergeant for Armed Policing Training, and Sergeant for Armed Policing Operations. Before joining Police Scotland, Jim worked at Tayside Police from December 1992 to February 2014 as an Authorised Firearms Officer, Detective Constable, and Police Officer. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching, along with various diplomas and certificates related to education and police service leadership and management.
