Karen Finnie has extensive experience in talent attraction and human resources, having worked at The Gleneagles Hotel since November 2004 in various roles including Talent Attraction Consultant, Talent Attraction Coordinator, Resourcing Assistant, and Training & Occupational Health Administrator. Prior to this, Finnie held positions at Lloyd's Register as Project Assistant and Contract Assistant, and served as Purchasing Assistant at Weatherford. Early career roles included Sales Support Coordinator at Lombard and Marketing Assistant at Robert Gordon University. Karen Finnie earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University, where studies took place from August 1993 to May 1997.
